We finally after repeated calling got to talk to someone the day BEFORE the wedding! They told my daughter months before the wedding that someone would call her to finalize all the songs and requests. The day OF the wedding the DJ called to say he could not find some of the songs! My daughter the BRIDE the day of her wedding was on the phone with the DJ (ERIN). He did not have any lights, announced the bride and groom with the names of the brides parents! Everyone there at the reception got so quiet you could hear them breath. Then it only got worse from there. My daughter had to tell him when to do the bouquet toss, cut the cake, the songs of the father daughter dance skipped as well as the song of the bride and groom. They didn't even get the garter toss. This person cant even call him a DJ because I don't know where they got him from ate our food and didn't do anything right. Everyone from the members of the bridal party to the caterer were asking what company he was from because he was terrible, he DESTROYED our daugher's wedding reception. I have called to complain and sent them 2 letters with what took place and asked for a refund our daughter got married 12/11/09 I have been calling and speaking with Ryan almost every day since 12/15/09 with continued promises of I will take this to the PRESIDENT of the company who is never in, off that day, gone for the day it is always something and the time to call back varies from give me 2 weeks to 2 days to call me tomorrow by noon and I will have an answer. I am fed up! I want my money back and I want the CD I paid for!. I am going to complain to the Better Business Bureau and every web site that will allow me to post my review of this company from PA! Stay AWAY DONT GIVE THEM A PENNY DO NOT USE THEM THEY GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND, to my advantage I did have a few friends who are attorneys who attended the reception as well as people taking video so if I dont get a satisfactory reply some time really soon I will stop being nice and take them to court! PLEASE PLEASE you cant go back and do it over again dont use this company I didnt do my homework and they sounded so nice when they were reading me back my credit card number as I paid them in FULL.
