116 N Plains Industrial Road # D Reviews  By dj from east haven, CT Posted Jan 23, 2010 My husband and I got married this past July and were extremely happy to book Jock in the Box for our wedding. It wasn't until a month before our wedding that we received a call telling us that unfourtunately we had been double-booked and our original DJ would not be able to do our wedding. Our orignal DJ offered for us to meet with a friend of his that he highly reccommened, so being so last minute, we did. We liked the ohter DJ and decided that was really all we could do in such a short time period. Now, I would be lying if I said I did not enjoy our reception, but there were a few instances that took place that night, that will forever stick in my mind. For one, he announced one of the couples in the wedding party wrong; then he played one of the wrong intro songs for one of the wedding party couples..THEN he announed us, the bride and groom, WRONG...Instead of saying my husbands first name, he said his BROTHERS!!!! (which I am now reminded of, because it is in my wedding video, aside from every person who reffered to me as his brothers wife that night)...A lot of the songs we asked for were not played...he didnt do the anniversary song that we asked for...oh yeah..and he made a birthday "shout out" to someone at MY wedding! Just a heads up. I really wish I coud have had a better review because I really did enjoy and wanted the first DJ in which we were suppose to go with.
